30‑Day Returns — Zero Hassle

  1. Submit a return at returns@emmaandqai.com.
  2. Print the prepaid USPS label we send.
  3. Drop off within 7 days; get a refund to original payment method once scanned.
  • Eligibility: Item must be in original pouch. Personalized items excluded.
  • Price‑adjustment: If your item’s price drops within 30 days of purchase, email us proof and we’ll refund the difference.

 

 

1‑Year Limited Warranty

Every Emma & Qai piece is backed by a 12‑month, limited warranty against manufacturing defects, beginning on the day your order is delivered.

What we cover

  • Structural failures  — broken clasps, jump‑rings or chains that separate under normal wear.
  • Loose or lost stones  — settings that fail or prongs that open on their own.
  • Plating that peels or bubbles within the warranty window (excludes gradual tone softening that comes with daily wear).

 

What we don’t cover

  • Scratches, dents or mild plating fade caused by everyday friction.
  • Damage from chemicals, pools, hot tubs, perfumes or ultrasonic cleaners.
  • Bent, crushed or deformed pieces resulting from impact or improper storage.
  • Lost items or components detached outside the warranty period.

 

How to request a repair or replacement

  1. Email warranty@emmaandqai.com within 12 months of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, a brief description and clear photos of the issue.
  3. Our team will review within two business days and send a prepaid USPS label for approved claims.
  4. We will repair or replace the piece one time at no cost. Return shipping is free if the claim is filed within the first 90 days; after that, a flat $4.95 label fee applies.

 

Tip: To maximize the life of your jewelry, remove it before showering, swimming or applying lotions and store it in the anti‑tarnish pouch provided.

This warranty is automatically applied—no registration required.
